Waikiki Health Center is a non-profit, federally-qualified community health center. We provide a wide range of medical and social services to everyone, regardless of ability to pay.

Our patients represent a broad range of economic levels, cultural backgrounds, and medical needs.
We place special emphasis on serving at-risk, hard-to-reach populations, such as:

  • whcstaff 121609w.jpgUnderinsured patients, who do not have coverage for the medical services they need
  • The "working poor" with several jobs but no insurance
  • Disadvantaged children needing immunizations and physical exams for school
  • Anyone affected by or infected with HIV
  • Homeless individuals and families
  • Runaway, abandoned, and homeless youth
  • Waikiki's senior adults who are "aging in place"

And beyond Waikiki...
Our Hale`iwa satellite clinic sees clients who would otherwise not receive treatment, including many Native Hawaiians. We regularly hold community health fairs serving Windward communities, and our Care-A-Van Homeless Outreach Program utilized medically equipped vehicles to bring medical and social services to the homeless across Oahu.
