- Care-A-Van's mobile teams assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness at multiple locations across Oahu.
- HEIS Outreach provides specialized HIV early intervention services at treatment centers Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island.
- Friendly Neighbors coordinates volunteer-based companionship and basic assistance for seniors living independently in Waikiki.
