The Path Clinic provides women's health services in a comfortable, non-judgmental setting. The clinic welcomes women with past or present addiction issues and women experiencing homelessness.

Please call to schedule an appointment.
Payment Information
Medical insurance is not required. We will help uninsured women sign up for QUEST insurance and provide services to those who do not qualify for QUEST.
Campus Directions
The PATH Clinic is an independent site located in the Salvation Army Family Treatment Services Campus.
Enter the campus at the driveway, where the sign reads "Salvation Army FTC-845 22nd Avenue." Continue up the hill. The PATH Clinic is located on the right, in the second building after the chapel.
