The PATH Clinic is a women's health clinic providing primary medical care and pediatric services in a comfortable, home-like setting.
Appointments Please call to schedule an appointment. Services are available during select days/hours. Payment Information QUEST and other insurance plans are accepted. We will help uninsured women sign up for QUEST insurance and provide services to those who do not qualify for QUEST. Campus Directions The PATH Clinic is an independent site located in the Salvation Army Family Treatment Services Campus. Enter the campus at the driveway, where the sign reads "Salvation Army FTC-845 22nd Avenue." Continue up the hill. The PATH Clinic is located on the right, in the second building after the chapel. |
