Duties Summary: The Outreach Counselor is responsible for working with homeless/runaway/street-identified youth and young adults. Tasks include, but are not limited to, street outreach, basic health education and counseling, and performing duties in a drop-in center environment. Selected afternoon and evening schedule required.
Qualifications Summary: Applicant must have experience working with at-risk populations;experience with homelessormentally ill peopleand/or substance abusers is a plus. Will train.Applicants should have good communication skills, be able to work in a team setting, andhave basic data management and computer skills.
