Tips to keep you and your family healthy:
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. If you do not have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper arm, NOT YOUR HANDS. Put your used tissue in the waste basket.
  • Wash hands often with soap and warm water, especially after coughing or sneezing. If soap and water aren't available, use an alcohol-based hand cleaner.
  • Avoid close contact with sick people.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.

*If you or your child get sick with a flu-like illness, stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.  Contact and follow directions from your healthcare provider.

Flu vaccines are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Waikiki Health Center accepts most insurance plans. A sliding fee scale is available.
