Waikiki Health is a private, non-profit, federally-qualified community health center. Our mission is to provide medical and social services to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. We place special emphasis on serving at-risk, hard-to-reach populations. Services are provided at our clinics on Oahu and through our outreach programs reaching across the Hawaiian Islands. We provide quality medical and social services for everyone, regardless of ability to pay, and offer a sliding fee scale available based on family income. No one is turned away for inability to pay. How do I make an appointment? For our Ohua Clinic in Waikiki, call (808) 922-4787. For our Ho'ola Like Clinic at the North Shore, call (808) 284-5212. Walk-ins are also welcome at Ho'ola Like. [ Back to the top ] Can I schedule an appointment online? Appointments must be made over the phone or at the clinic.

Do I have to make an appointment? Appointments are recommended for our Ohua Clinic in Waikiki. Ho'ola Like, Care-A-Van, and Youth Outreach clinics do not require appointments.

I do not have insurance; what types of documents do I need to bring? Please bring one of the following for income verification, to assist with the sliding fee processing: - Tax Return - Unemployment registration - Recent pay stub - Proof of Department of Human Services benefits - Proof of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families AND One of the following for identity verification: - State ID - Drivers license - Passport/green card

What types of services does Waikiki Health offer? Our primary care clinics in Waikiki and Haleiwa offer preventive and acute medical services for everyone, regardless of ability to pay. Read more about our Primary Medical Care services. At the PATH Clinic in Kaimuki, we offer OB/GYN, women's health and pediatric services in a comfortable, home-like setting. We offer services for everyone experiencing or at-risk for homelessness at our Care-A-Van Drop-in Center in Kaimuki and, for homeless youth age 14-21, at our Youth Outreach (YO) Drop-in Center in Waikiki. We also manage the Next Step Project homeless shelter in Kaka'ako. Our Friendly Neighbors program coordinates volunteers who help Waikiki seniors maintain their independent lifestyles by offering basic assistance and companionship. What is Eligibility Assistance? Our Eligibility Specialists help patients enroll in health insurance plans and provide access to discounted or free medications for those who meet income and other qualifications.
