Waikiki Health Center provides risk-reduction counseling and testing as part of the HIV Early Intervention Services (HEIS) Outreach Program. HEIS assists patients at substance abuse treatment centers on Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island.

red ribbon hiv aids awareness.gifBesides counseling and testing, HEIS services include education about HIV, Hepatitis C, risk factors and prevention. HEIS also offers case management, traditional Hawaiian healing, certified substance abuse counseling and resources to quit smoking.
