Waikiki Health Center provides comprehensive medical and social services for everyone experiencing or at risk for homelessness.
Care-A-Van offers services at the drop-in center in Kaimuki and throughout Oahu as part of Care-A-Van's Outreach. Youth Outreach (YO) offers services for homeless youths at the drop-in center in Waikiki and through street outreach.

Waikiki Health Center also manages the Next Step Project and has provided social services to families and individuals staying at the shelter, since it opened in 2006.

A CARF Three-Year Accreditation was awarded to Waikiki Health Center's Care-A-Van Program for two behavioral health services:
- Second consecutive Three-Year Accreditation for Prevention/Diversion: Integrated Alcohol and Other Drugs/Mental Health (Adults) Program
- Three-Year Accreditation for the recently-established Case Management/Services Coordination: Mental Health (Adults) Program
