The Youth Outreach Program (YO) serves homeless youths, 21 years and younger, through its drop-in center and street outreach. The YO drop-in center is a safe environment for youths to eat a hot meal, take a shower, use a storage locker, wash their clothes, use the staff-supervised computer room and receive non-judgmental support.

YO is operated in collaboration with Hale Kipa, which provides many social service aspects of the program, and has been a safe haven for homeless youths since 1989.
