Waikiki Health Center complements medical services with Traditional Hawaiian Healing, which is available for all patients at not cost.
 Traditional Hawaiian Healing services include:
- Lomilomi - a spiritual laying of hands beneficial for many chronic conditions
- Ho'oponopono - spiritual counseling/conflict resolution providing positive solutions to problems of substance abuse, physical abuse and other interpersonal issues
- La'au Lapa'au - medicinal herbs that treat common ailments and chronic conditions
- Treatment plans and management - combing the above treatments with exercise, fitness and a nutrition plan
- Counseling and education
